General Cleaner
General cleaner to carry out cleaning and light maintenance duties.
Responsibilities
-
Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
-
Perform and document routine inspection and cleaning activities
-
Extra duties Include carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
-
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
-
Stock and maintain supply rooms.

Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
-
Proven working experience as a cleaner/ janitor
-
Ability to handle light equipment and machinery
-
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
-
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
-
Integrity and ability to work independently
-
High school degree
-
Must be dependable and have own mode of transportation.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Individual with commercial cleaning experience to lead a team of custodians on three continuing job site
